J.B. Wise Municipal Parking Area

Lu Engineers has recently completed site engineering and landscape architectural plans for a similar project for the City of Watertown’s J.B. Wise Municipal Parking Area. The parking area design carefully linked access to the Black River Trail System and the downtown area by improving vehicular and pedestrian access and use by re-designing driveways and sidewalks, renovating lighting for increased safety, adding rain garden infiltration islands, adding user amenities such as a pavilion, benches and restrooms and upgrading infrastructural systems including water, storm and sanitary sewers and electric power.
