Lu Engineers performed site planning and engineering for The Finger Lakes Community College Campus at Victor Heights Corporate Park East in Victor, NY. The College planned a 50,000 square foot building on a 24 acre site that was integrated with wetlands and woodlands and was bordered by the Lehigh Valley Trail.
Approximately 200 parking spaces were required for the building. Lu Engineers' services on this project included a topographic and boundary survey of the site, conceptual site planning, site layout, grading, drainage, easement documentation, stormwater management, landscaping, lighting and public relations. During construction, Lu Engineers provided stormwater management (SWPPP) inspections in compliance with NYSDEC regulations.
