Lu Engineers provides planning and design services for commercial and industrial facilities, including new construction, expansion, and modernization. Projects in this area include shopping malls, grocery stores, office parks, industrial complexes, manufacturing facilities and hotels for both regional developments and individual sites.
In addition to the site development activities that accompany these projects (surveying, erosion control, wetlands, grading design, storm and sanitary design, roadway design), major improvements to offsite infrastructure are often required. These may include railroad realignments and highway interchanges. Our extensive experience in these areas gives us the ability to handle the technical as well as regulatory requirements these entail.
Lu Engineers’ staff includes planners, cost estimators, and civil, environmental and structural engineers. We also have affiliations with a number of architects, landscape architects, mechanical, fire protection and electrical engineers as well as construction managers to offer our clients a full service approach.
