Environmental Site Assessment & Remediation
Lu Engineers has completed Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for lenders, attorneys, industry, and government clients. Our Environmental Investigation and Remediation Group has also completed, or are currently working on, Environmental Restoration (brownfield) projects across New York State. Our experience includes small commercial / retail facilities, industrial sites, large scale transportation-related projects as well as state and federal facilities. The range in scale and environmental conditions of our project assignments gives our team a uniquely well-informed perspective for our site investigation and remediation clients.
Lu Engineers is one of the only companies in the Rochester area that is on the NYSDEC list of approved remediation consultants. This list was historically used by the State of New York and municipalities to pre-qualify consultants to perform remedial related work. We have also assisted many of our clients with grant writing to obtain available state and federal funding for investigation and cleanup projects.
