Lu Engineers provides a range of Construction Management and Inspection Services for our clients to insure projects are built efficiently and in accordance with their plans and specifications.
These services include the review of plans, specifications, shop drawings, construction schedules and progress payments, day to day quality assurance inspection as well as certifying final project completion. We will help you identify and provide solutions to potential problems that may arise during construction.
Our staff is trained in construction, safety, maintenance and protection of traffic, and protection of the environment. Most of our inspectors are certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) and have many years of experience in the field. This experience, combined with a close relationship with the Design Engineers gives our Resident Inspectors the insight to interpret the designs and act responsibly to assure a quality project.
