Asbestos & Water/Wastewater Group Leader
Ms. Hilton has over 15 years of civil and environmental engineering experience. Her water & wastewater experience includes the design of pump stations, sanitary sewers, water distribution systems, storm drainage, and wastewater treatment facilities. Ms. Hilton’s environmental experience includes asbestos, lead, hazardous waste, pollution prevention, and building demolition. She has prepared demolition plans, specification and estimates, hazardous waste management plans and designed asbestos abatement plans for numerous public and private clients. Ms. Hilton is certified as an asbestos inspector and project designer.
