Mr. Ottman has 22 years of experience in transportation engineering, including projects for the NYS Department of Transportation, NYS Thruway Authority, Monroe County DOT and Penn DOT. As Highway Group Leader and Senior Project Engineer his scope of work has included project management and team leadership, client contract scope development, sub-consultant coordination, and all phases of highway design.
