Mr. Hotto has 25 years of experience in land design, site engineering, planning and landscape architecture. His broad experience in private and public site design include academic, commercial, municipal, industrial and residential projects. Mr. Hotto has been involved in all aspects of site design from concept planning to the preparation of detailed site plans for approvals and construction. He has completed permitting processes for SEQRA and SPDES, wetland mitigation, stormwater management and preservation design for a wide variety of both public, municipal, and private (commercial and industrial) clients.
