Wetland Services
|
| Wetland regulations can
seriously impact your ability to develop a property, expand an existing
facility, or complete future phases of an existing project. A wetland
evaluation is often used as part of the due diligence process for
acquisition of real estate or to assist in land use planning and design
development.

Lu
Engineers approach to wetland services blends technical expertise with a
current understanding of changing federal, state and local agency
regulations and policies. We work with project designers to fit projects
into the limits of encroachments allowed by waivers and government
requirements. Lu Engineers can also prepare the complex documentation
required for individual wetland permits.
Our full complement of civil engineering and water resources staff
including hydrologists, engineers, surveyors, natural resource scientists,
and soil scientists offer complete in-house services for the efficient
design, creation and hydrologic modeling and construction monitoring of
wetland sites.
Our professional certified staff is trained in the "Federal Manual
for Identifying and Delineating Jurisdictional Wetlands" and other
state and federal documents for delineating federally regulated wetlands.
We have broad expertise in preparing permit applications that incorporate
a wetland delineation report, impact analysis, and mitigation design.
