 Lu Engineers provides boundary, control, engineering and topographical
surveying services for commercial and residential development and the design
of civil, municipal, structural and transportation projects. Our surveyors'
experience ranges from single lot residential property surveys to complex
roadway design surveys for interstate interchanges.

For property
development, our Land Surveyors can take your projects from initial property
survey through all phases of site mapping to the final construction staking.
Our crews are knowledgeable about all aspects of site mapping; layout and
land plan requirements for any type of site development need.
For the environmental field, our survey staff has current OSHA
certification for work in and around hazardous waste operations. They have
performed numerous field mapping operations for landfills, hazardous waste
remediation, and well locations.
Lu Engineers has provided all levels of survey mapping for transportation
projects for the New York State Department of Transportation, the New York
State Thruway and various County and Town Highway Departments.
Our survey equipment includes two fully equipped Total Stations,
precision levels and a full complement of accessory equipment that is
transported in our dedicated survey vans. Survey mapping is produced in
AutoCAD Land Development Desktop and MicroStation. Mapping can be plotted on
any media on our high-resolution color plotters and laser printers.
