We offer seasoned planning, engineering and design
professionals with experience in preparing, updating and enhancing land
use plans and linking such plans to a variety of short- and long-range
implementation tools. We bring to our land use planning projects an
emphasis on action and preparing communities to take the necessary steps
for dealing with the long-term challenges of population growth,
development and citizen expectations for high-quality living environments
and public services.
Lu Engineers’ services range from
project inception and planning through the design/ development of
construction drawings to construction management and inspection.
We have applied a range of our in-house
technical expertise in the preparation of a comprehensive range of
planning, environmental and feasibility studies, land use plans, site
development plans and Zoning Maps, codes and ordinances and Environmental
Assessment Forms. We can also provide assistance in coordinating the SEQR
process, reviewing Environmental Assessment Forms, scoping and reviewing
Environmental Impact Statements and filing of SEQR documents.
