Lu Engineers opens new office in Watertown
Lu Engineers has expanded into a new office in the Watertown  area.
The office is managed by Harry Mangini, P.E. who grew up in the

Fran Reese of Lu Engineers served as the Conference Organizer and
Moderator for the NYS Wetland Forum's Wetland Mitigation Banking
Conference in Albany, NY on January 6, 2010.

Grimes Glen Improvements, Naples, New York
Lu Engineers received the
" Project of the
Year" award  in the $2-10 Million Environmental Division
from the
American Public Works Association, New York Chapter for the
Grimes Glen Project in Naples, NY. The project involved the
closing of a landfill at the site. Lu Engineers conducted
environmental remediation at the site and the area is now
maintained as a public park.
According to Kris Hughes,
Director of Ontario County Planning and
Research, this project was “an extraordinary partnership that has
enabled the preservation of this truly unique natural resource for
the people of New York”.
